WUXI HONGYI METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD. (WUXI HANGYU PRECISION CASTING CO., LTD) was established by sino-foreign investment (joint venture with TaiWan CHANGYI CO.) in May 1995. We adopt advanced investment casting facilities together with technological process using silicasol and CNC lathes to produce stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel's precision casting products. 95% of our products are exported to North America, Japan and Europe.
 Our company is located at Wuxi new industry district Shuofang zero. With 150 members and rich technology resources in investment casting, HongYi has an advanced technological process from wax pattern injection, coating with silicasol, dewaxing with high temperature vapor, fast melting to pouring and behind-treatment. We also have facilities of heat treatment and shot blast and acid-fined technological process, and we have the capability to produce700 tons stainless steel castings each year. .
We have established quality system in accordance with GB/T 19002-ISO9002 and run well, which has improved our quality administration and assurance. In Nov. 1999, we passed the approval of ISO9002, and we've got ready to face the sharp competition after China enters WTO. Following the principles of "elaborate precision casting, high quality products, customer first, credit first" and taking "advanced technology, complete products and sincere service" for props, we have always been improving and creative to make our products perfect and provide the reliable high quality products to customer.
